- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆So angry at the customer service from this shop OMG Payed for an online order then when husband collected was asked to pay without question he did as was unaware already paid. CHARGED TWICE FOR OUR ORDER. Store would not credit overpaid monies as DUE TO IT HAPPENING A FEW TIMES they needed paper copies of my bank statements to send to there tech people for me to get money owed!!!!!!! Obviously I refused to hand over paper copies of all my personal bank details therefore unable to get refund!! OMG the worst customer service system ever. Please be careful ordering any food from this store online if you are then picking up.By Caitlyn Isobel, May 10, 2017
